I'll let Frostheim speak about about the creative process of the video itself, since I found his anecdote so amusing:
This was shot mostly on the beta, with a few shots on the live server -- most notably the swarm of pirates, which was from the WHU baby hunter guild pirate event. Amusing story: During the scene of rocket-booting out of the Dalaran sewers, we had to have two rezzers on the ground beneath us, as one or both of us fell and died in most takes. It took about an hour to shoot that -- we kept missing in the air, or failing to dismount, etc.

agreed wholeheartedly. that was an amazingly well done piece of work, and the song would be a perfect theme song, i think. and the fact it was grandpappy frostheim who starred in it makes it all the more fitting.
all in all....i loved this video.

The original hunter song is always going to be my favorite I think. I don't enjoy the whole, romantic/adversiarial double-speack. Oh, it`s clever, don't get me wrong, but I prefer the straight-up, I`m a hunter, gonna keel-ya anthem. :)
That's just my bias. :) (plus, I figure if a female belf shows up in a Frostheim hunter song - she should end up dead. ;-p)

I love this song nearly as much as the other hunter theme Frostheim gave us. Thanks Frost for giving hunters some epic songs to rock out to... with our Loks out of course!

Note that Frostheim isn't the one singing. He wrote the lyrics, scripted out the video and stars in it, but he's not the singer. That's Balthazar.

Haha I totally got that vibe from this too. I'm going to have hundreds of scruffy, stubby drunks coming after me in my nightmares. Possibly singing about my inability to escape .
