My biggest suggestion would be to condense all the player buffs, no need to have them in 3 different places. There are a few tweaks I would personally make, but are up to the player. I like having target debuff/dots in the middle of the screen. Player debuffs usually aren't that important, but you can move them above the player unit frame, or just to the left of it. Having power auras and MSBT helps with that, which is why that isn't quite all that important, but if you want to see debuffs or dots that are on you that you feel is important, move them closer to the unit frame or to the left of it.This would free up space underneath the player and target frames to coalesce all the action bars in one central location.Another thing regarding cast bars, I like having my castbar appear in alignment with my player unit frame, and the target cast bar in alignment with the target frame. So you'd move your cast bar to the left and aligned with your frame, and the target bar to the right and aligned with the target frame. If you do all that, you can do one final thing. With the removal of the right action bar being condensed in the middle, you now have a nice spot for your minimap to be place between your action bars and your raid frame.(Incidentally, what I just described greatly resembles my UI, so take what I'm saying with a bit of a grain of salt.)TL;DR: Condense all your buffs, and move some things around to free up even more space.
