Prat is fantastic, but I stopped using SBF after Blizzard stopped allowing you to right-click remove buffs when using a buff/debuff addon.

Now I just use moveanything to shuffle them off to where I need them to be, and let PowerAuras cover anything I might have to worry about otherwise (Maelstrom Weapon, Druid Bleeds, Slice and Dice, things like that).
