I'm not rerolling a new worgen warrior due to having all my achievements, mounts, reps, vanity items, and the like on my main. I've worked hard at accumulating all that crap and I'm not throwing it away to reroll. I have every intention of creating a new toon on each side to experience all the new content though. Until Blizzard makes achievement mounts, pets and other things of that nature apply to your account, my warrior is my main til I quit.
Don't assume people are looking for the quick way out (though I can forsee MANY DK worgens and goblins to start moreso than race changes). I'm still on the fence about changing anyways and will likely keep my NElf warrior.
Why would someone lose out if this is their reason?

First I will get my main (resto druid) to 85 in order to earn my spot in the core raid of my guild. (That's right, we have to be the first 20 people to 85 to earn a core spot, can't wait to stay up for 2 days straight!!)
After I get to 85, run heroics, and get raid ready for our fist 10 man in January I will roll my new alt, Maleus the Worgen Hunter. He will be a leather worker with skinning and archaeology. I cannot wait until Christmas break!!!

I'm race changing a hunter to goblin, but you know as all hell I'm making a Worgen Druid. Imagine the Identity Issues they must have?

My Worgen Locky and Goblin Shammy will explore the world...of warcraft!!!! =D I may make some other alts...in the mean time, my Nightelf Hunter will be finishing reaching 80, my Nightelf Druid will continue through Northrend, my Bloodelf Deathknight will follow behind my druid, and my Bloodelf Pally will be on his way to Outland! WOOT! Level away!!!

Personally, I hope that Blizzard is going to disqualify everyone that Paid Race Changes there mains to Goblins / Worgens from being the Realm First of that Race.

Regarding anyone who's mentioned how sad it is that people will immediately race change to Goblin or Worgen, ergo missing out on all the quest-lines etc;
I will be faction and race changing my 80 Human Warlock into a Goblin. Why? Because I NEVER play her on Alliance, I have a guild on Horde that I would like to raid with, and Goblins are awesome.
That doesn't mean I won't roll another Goblin to try out the starting areas and the low level quest zones. Same with Worgen. I'll get to experience all of their awesomeness, but I'll want to play my awesome warlock again, and she'll have something to do.

My only justification for a Race change compared Re-leveling for the WoW experience (no pun intended!) if the same class because certain achievements. Have an Undead rogue does that mean I want to lvl a Goblin Rogue 1-80 again, aquiring mounts, achieves 100,000 HKs for Xample.
I'll play Blizz's game & shell out the money if BLIZZ had rebalanced races across the board as promised they wouldn't make this so "conveniently available" after launch I guarantee you'll see 85 Goblin/Worgen floods & it won't be from sick leveling/lore's sake most radials alone trump out current options.
I'm not bashing honest leveling certainly not Blizz is doing this for the $ and like every thing whether love or hate its going to net a profit ^_^V Blizz needs to stop thinking about squeezing money isn't $15-15 million subscribers enough?
