Race changes to worgen and goblins will be available on launch night

Regarding anyone who's mentioned how sad it is that people will immediately race change to Goblin or Worgen, ergo missing out on all the quest-lines etc;
I will be faction and race changing my 80 Human Warlock into a Goblin. Why? Because I NEVER play her on Alliance, I have a guild on Horde that I would like to raid with, and Goblins are awesome.
That doesn't mean I won't roll another Goblin to try out the starting areas and the low level quest zones. Same with Worgen. I'll get to experience all of their awesomeness, but I'll want to play my awesome warlock again, and she'll have something to do.
