can someone explain me two things...
holy shield is a PASSIVE spell nowadays, and gets 'activated' by spending 1 or more holy power combopoints..
HOW !! how, are we supposed to take this into account in the whole math.. imho we can't base all the math on not having it up all the time because IT'S NOT UP ALL THE TIME...
even with spending the first point every time on it just to proc this you're still ~ 5 seconds without it just because of GCD and all that..
we'd practically need a addon to track whether or not holy shield has proc'ed or not
what am i missing here ? why are we basing math on a PASSIVE spell...
not to mention , why the bleep is it even passive in the first place !!
SECOND..
on every bit of gear which i can perform mastery I get to change either HIT or DODGE for BLOCK .. nothing else..
WHY in the world (of warcraft) am I changing a chance to receive 0% incoming damage on a attack , to 'only' receiving 70% of an attack..
(and i'm perfectly ON the 'not miss' cap of HIT, so not going to trade that either.. )
(i did trade some mastery, just in case.. because per x amount of rating the amount of block in return is a bit more favorable.. but PER USE i don't see why i would trade receiving 0% of an attack to receiving 70% of a single attack.. it would only
EXPLAIN !!
