As far as I know the latest Beta build change anything.

1 per fight on 10
3 per fight on 25
10min CD on B-Rez
15min CD on SS
Regarding Ankh: "We'll get back to you on that"
SS may become usable on a player that is already dead in addition to it's current mechanics.
