You were downvoted because you said something silly. Google notwithstanding, most people associate the term "Early Frost" with the weather phenomenon, and that's clearly what Blizzard had in mind, seeing as the term has been around far longer than one TV movie from the early 80s. I say that as someone old enough to have seen the film on TV during its original airing. Hell, that term is what the movie was referencing in the first place.
