Update: New dungeon finder bosses are active after you stop the invasions.
Update 2: Random dungeon finder bosses are dropping 251 loot, and securing each city opens up two bosses.

Bosses are up and they go as follows:
The 4 bosses are Grand Ambassador Flamelash in BRD, Crown Princess Theradras in Maraudon, Kai'ju Gahz'rilla in Zul'Farrak and Prince Sarsarun in AQ20.
(Source the always faithful, MMO-champ.)

Do all the bosses drop the same loot? or does it vary per boss?

Seems like the loot is shared between the boss yes, at least from what ive seen so far.

Only two faction cities are useless. Dalaran, Shattrath, Silvermoon, Exodar, Darnassus and Undercity are completely unaffected.

Yeah, but Shatt, Silvermoon, Exodar, Darnassus, and Undercity are all still pretty useless, even if they are unaffected. ;)
