i just saw a huge temple built behind azjol-nerub and was wondering "now where did that came from"...... i guess i better run back to Ironforge

Uh... That's always been there. It's part of a quest chain for Horde players in which the Taunka join the Horde.

Heh, yeah, I think it's called Icemist VillageDifferent cultists. They are working with the Nerubians. Horde players can rescue the village leader from the Nerubians and the cultists, which allies the Horde with the Taunka.

That temple is one of the structures in Wintergrasp. One of Wintergrasp's bodies of water empties out right above the village in your picture.
