Two things:

a) you see your character from behind during that cutscene, not the front, so the facial expression, which I admit looks goofy, isn't exactly smacking you in the face

[I don't know if you've done the starting zone yet, if you haven't and you don't want to be spoiled I suggest you don't read the next bit.]

b) in my mind at least, she looks absolutely terrified because she's been dragged from the cell she was locked up in and strapped into a torture device with a load of other worgen and now Lord Godfrey, who's made it pretty clear he'd like nothing more than to chop her up and feed her to his dogs, is striding menacingly towards her. How frightened would you be?
