I'm a diehard Survivalist/BM Sub, just based on playstyle preference, & after cobrashot comes into play at 81, survival single player = everything dead.

However, after reading this article, even a carmudgeony old troll hunter like me might try out MM for leveling (it would be the first time in 5 years LOL).
