Certainly people will do this, but honestly it makes very little sense, to me at least. By doing this you just insure that you will be questing in more crowded zones (usually a bad thing). In addition, you will hit level 85 without the level 333 quest items from Twilight Highlands, which will make gearing up for heroics that much harder.
