The last paragraph brings up an interesting question.

I've already finished Loremaster (Horde Side). Will I be able to complete the Kalimdor and Eastern Kingdom Zone specific lore achievements? Or will some of those already be finished?

Oh yes, please! My main has Loremaster (my favorite title after Starcaller), and it would be cool to be able to get a little something for going back and doing the lower-level areas again.
