I would love to help you out!Thing is, i am a South American, and it appears only North American's can submit....Are there plans to change this?

Not all North Americans can submit, just people in the US. Canadians (like me) can't.Not complaining, btw! I know they're probably aware that there are people outside the US that would like to use the program, and are just considering whether they want to open it.

It's not WoW Insider who controls that, unfortunately, it's the Seed program. Plus, it's not just North America, it's United States only. I'm thinking it has something to do with taxes and such.I live in Canada and would love to contribute, but alas I cannot...So in the meantime I'll just plug my blog at http://corath.wordpress.comOne day...
