Demoralizing Shout and Thunderclap are a must to reduce incoming damage. In Wrath we didn't really have a need to do shouts, but now we do--all mitigation helps. By that note, Concussive Blow is a huge saver if you can stun an enemy. If you have Gag Order, abuse the fudge out of it on casters. If you feel low on rage, Battle/Commanding shout to get your rage up--you might want to do this on every cool-down if you can, but try to save it for when you need to have rage.
