As for aggro, I would just keep your finger ready to hit Taunt and Challenging Shout when you need to--your rotation isn't lacking, it's a matter of your damage-dealers being a bit too trigger-happy on targets you're not focusing on, or not giving you prep-time.

"Wait for sunders" is the motto, kids.
