Most of the things I already said on my original post but heres some clarifications.

-No, I don't. On trash I'm not even tanking anything because blood DK tank is getting all aggro and it seems impossible to me to fight for it. So in sense Im not tanking trash since nothing is hitting me.. when they want 2 warriors to hand all trash I cry inside because I know dps warrior or frost dk ends up tanking the trash for us.
I'm talking about bosses.

As for the weapon goes I'm using http://www.wowhead.com/item=51941 does it really have to be better than that?

"Damage reduce"
-Yeah, I do keep demo shout up (since most of time we have icy touch) I know all this damage reduce things and use the tools. Thats not my problem here.

Vengeance is as much it can go in ICC on given boss fights (high on festergut, non existant on gunship etc)

"Tell them to wait for sunders/tell them to dps target you dps"
-I'm sure they do. But the problem here isn't always initial aggro, this happens at any point of the fight. As for "focus on things you tank".. we are talking about single BOSSES here. Even when my vengeance is high as 6-7k ap.
