There are uncomfortable truths about expansion. In An Inconvenient Expansion by Lagspike Films, Al Boar desperately attempts to warn us of these dangers.
It's been a while since we've heard a lot from Lagspike Films, but this is certainly a fun movie. The technical details are awesome, and the creators did a great job of framing the story. Here's hoping we see more in the future. Interested in the wide world of machinima? We have new movies every weekday here on WoW Moviewatch! Have suggestions for machinima we ought to feature? but I belive that it is the time but this is definetly not the place to talk/argue about global climate change. If you want to talk/argue about it or get your opinion or ideas heard, there are websites for that kind of constructive disscusion or, even better make your own blog about what you think. Those places have even more people you can share ideas and opinons with.
oh, don't be such a turn-off. I don't really think that the producer doesn't consider global warming a serious issue. But making fun of all the things is nessesary.
Real climate change? the climate has changed infinite times before man even existed and will continue to change. Ever heard of an ice age? Dead polar bears? their population has soared in the past 10yrs...they must enjoy jacuzzi's too :)
But seriously, if man made climate change is really happening, why did they call it global cooling in the 80's and now its global warming for all the same reasons? We are simply not capable of changing the climate for an entire planet. Think about it.
And if you still believe it, then to reduce your "carbon footprint" simply stop breathing, start walking everywhere, stop using your computer thats uses evil energy and go live with nature. Set the example and maybe the rest of us will follow your example...
@TyriellthePally Okay, this probably isn't the best place to be having this discussion, but think about this logically for a moment. Pollution is very much a real thing, you can't deny that it exists, or that it's ripped a hole in the ozone layer over Antarctica. Since the supposed cause of global warming is from all the pollution and waste we've caused, what are the downsides to cutting back on those things? Even if global warming turns out to be a fake, or something that we're completely uninvolved in, all reducing our carbon footprint would result in is cleaner air to breath, and drinking water that won't mutate your kids. Tell me how that's a bad thing again? Regardless of whether global warming is real, we should be actively doing what we can about it anyways, because in the end it's still what's best for the health of both the planet and the people living on it in the long run.
Please tell me you didn't buy into that "Ozone Layer" crap. "Ozone" is CAUSED by pollution, not destroyed by it. Also, how would said pollution destroy the Ozone layer in an area WHERE THERE IS NO POLLUTION? Seriously, it was a bunch of hype from the Environmentalist fanatics with "corroborating evidence" that proved their wild theories. That's about as bad as saying that farming up vanity pets causes the Cataclysm.
And, just in case you don't know, Ozone is O3 and about as dangerous to human life as CO2, meaning okay in small doses but deadly in large.
The ozone layer in our upper atmosphere is, yes, comprised of a substance that is harmful to human and animal life; however, it is a naturally-occurring layer that is not caused by the pollutants of our industrialized world, despite the fact that we can create ozone through industrial pollutants.
It is also through industrialized pollutants, specifically chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs) through a variety of forms (not just aerosol cans, though this is assuredly a contributing factor given that there are billions of them around the world, in a varying degree of sizes, with anything from cheese toppings for crackers to spray paint to industrial chemical fertilizers and pesticides within them) that ozone is depleted and even destroyed.
There are numerous reputable sources around the Internet where you can learn more of the real dangers concerning ozone depletion and its causes if you care to research them, rather than simply repeating the unsubstantiated and nonsensical ravings of Glen Beck, et al.
What temperature is the "correct" one for the Earth anyway? The Cretaceous period was significantly warmer than today, while the last glacial period was significantly cooler. I'm not denying that global warming is happening or that humans have some effect on it, I just think that it's a) not really a big deal and b) not something that's worth destroying our entire economy and lifestyle over. If you think global warming is the end of the world, do something about it: sell your car and house, stop using electricity, move into a cave, and don't even think about having kids.

My God. Another movie with simply amazing production.
I was literally lolling both when he ran out of the house with his loot and when he found the "jacuzzi."

For technical merits i would put this up there with Craft of war:Blind

I absolutely agree. The voice acting was great, the story was funny, and the quality was good. Bravo.
