That is true. However, I'm not sure if they have the balance right. The huge increase in health pools throw an monkey wrench in there. As the fights go longer, the more we have to heal and the more we oom. Shadow priest PvP healing on the other hand...
And then there is the idea of balance. For PvP, there is a huge advantage for healers with 1)instant/quick cast, 2) large self healing, 3) large damage reduction. Holy Paladins win on all(?) of those, plus they are doing around the same damage. Right now there seems to be a definite advantage for them as PvP healers. Giving each healing class 1 or 2 of these to be really good at would help diversity.
