I think some of you are getting confused. All tank classes have the attack SPEED debuff. The 10% physical damage reduction comes from Resto shaman, Holy priests (used to be disc priests), etc.

So, for example, you have a holy paladin healing your 5man, and the tank (or everyone) is just getting pounded by physical damage. Bringing the bear out wouldn't be so bad.
