WoW Moviewatch: World of Warcraft: Farewell Northrend

It's really happening. Wrath of the Lich King is drawing to a close, and the Cataclysm is nearly upon the world of Azeroth. Wowcrendor has been an integral part of the Wrath experience for many of us. That makes sense, given that it was during this expansion that Wowcrendor really built his fame in the community.

It's only appropriate that the master of sarcastic commentary bring us a serious video to send Wrath off to the expansion set in the sky. This is World of Warcraft: Farewell Northrend by Wowcrendor.

R.I.P. Northrend, Arthas, Fordring, Saurfang, and the thousands of others who gave their lives (some more than once) for the defeat of the Lich King. May the Light honor you in the hereafter.

Watching this vid... seeing Wyrmrest Temple again...

Made me realize everything's about to just... y'know... shift away from an exceptional zone.

...Heh. Take the NE mage I'm planning to roll and bring her out to Northrend and just... take it all in once more. New character in an older, yet still beautiful, zone.

I didn't like Grizzly Hills too much; I did the quests there, sure, but I just... didn't care for it.

Favorite zone? Icecrown; always being able to stare in Icecrown Citadel's general direction and think 'We're coming for you, Arthas' was just... an epic feeling for me. Even if I've yet to raid ICC myself. XD

Farewell, Northrend. I will come to visit again, on THAT you can rest assured. Even the future NE mage has to get knocked off her horse in the Argent Tournament Grounds at one point or another. :P
