I saw this on the General Forums last night, and thought it appropriate:
"A moment of silence, for our dearly departed youth. While we may sometimes look upon it with fond nostalgia, and other times with jaded malice, Azeroth was the beginning for many of us.
In our youth, Azeroth was all that there was, and so we ignored the minor (or major) inconveniences, safe in the knowledge that all was working as intended(™).
Whatever your feelings about this old world, remember what it used to mean, if you were there. Things have changed, expansions, talents, levels have all come and gone, and (possibly) tomorrow, that all changes.
Farewell, Azeroth! I knew thee well, and you will be missed."
