This program is garbage right now, I hate to say it. In fact, I think Wow Insider should have done a little more research before pushing this, because it is a little bit of a blemish on them as well. It doesn't seem to work well at all for most people, it's barely ready for primetime, and I am angry at myself for buying in as much as WoW Insider for pushing this. Guess in the future I'll know better and when WoW Insider pushes something, it may be for money as much as for legit tips for players. You guys really dropped the ball on this one.
