Patch 4.0.3a: DPS meta gem requirements being reverted

This was the original meta requirement in Burning Crusade.

"Must have more red than blue", or "Must have at least 2 yellow, and 3 red"

They changed it because it sucked. Then they changed it back? Why? They learned the first time it was unpopular, and no one liked it.

Changing it back to how it used to be makes no sense.
