Even with an 80 mage, I can think of far more profitable things to be doing than selling ports."While I agree to a certain extent, there has been a mage on my server who has been hanging around in trade selling ports for 15g. Assuming he gets at least one per minute (which he easily gets, I've used his taxi service before), that's 900g/hour. I think there are more profitable ways to go (and more fun and interesting to be frank), but it is a legitimate way to raise a lot of gold.Also, I don't think blizzard will put portals back in. They are more likely to remove portal spells from mages' spellbooks.
