Well, it looks like it's saying that everyone at low levels doesn't hit hard, which is a lie. Hunters are one of the classes better off for dealing damage at low levels. Pet? Check. Ranged attack? Check. Instant specials without cooldowns? Check. Compare that to a paladin: No pet, no ranged attack, and both specials have lengthy cooldowns. I kid you not, Crusader Strike will come off of cooldown two, maybe three times, before a level 7 paladin kills a mob. In that amount of time, a level 7 hunter will have killed 4 mobs.
