Totally agreed about racials. It's a real, real damn shame; Blizz promised a revamp of racials, and did absolutely nothing to buff tauren, undead, gnomes, humans, dwarves, night elves, and blood elves against the minor but significant increases you get from trolls, orcs, goblins, worgen, and dranaei.

Also agreed about Wild Mushroom. It's a great idea that just doesn't seem to fit at the moment.

Finally, I know I've been a bit critical in the past Tyler, but I think you really hit the nail on the head with your criticisms of blizzard's Moonkin design. I felt your critique of the Moonkin form itself was spot on, and again I believe you are spot on about racials that are absolutely unbalanced, as well as your criticism of Wild Mushroom.

"Starsurge and Solar Beam are two of these, and they are indisputably useful. Starsurge deals great damage, works into our rotation in an interesting way, and has some synergy with our DoTs; all in all, it is the perfect new addition to our toolkit."

A few months ago I asked you to maybe put a little bit of "pewpew lazorchikn" in your articles. Well, I'm glad to see it. And for the rest of you out there, I'm going to translate the above passage from Tylerspeak into Doomchickenspeak:

"Starsurge is for PEW PEW. And then I'm like 'oh no you aren't casting that arcane blast at mah frens' Solar Beam of fun 'shhhhhhh.' Now I's cast moonfire and insect swarm and purdy lite appears over mah hed and I go 't-pew... pew pew' so enemiez goes awayz and mah frens are safe."
