Dear Robin,
Please please please, could you give more notice when scheduling these events?
I love attending them, and I have had to miss the last two because I could not re-arrange my work schedule so I could be there. Even a weeks notice would be wonderful.
I do realise that you put a great deal of effort into them, and much of my enjoyment stems directly from your hard work, so thank you very much for all you do. :)
