Cryptozoic previews new goblin and worgen allies for WoW TCG Worldbreaker set

In addition, worgen and goblin allies have been introduced! Each new race has a cool new ability associated with it: worgen allies with the Aberration keyword cannot be dealt non-combat damage, and goblins allies with the Time is Money keyword can use exhaust abilities as soon as they enter play. These new allies, as well as all of the revealed information, are bringing some fascinating new play mechanics to the trading card game.
Check out the new worgen ally Rolan Phoenix, along with a new version of Magni Bronzebeard, here. The new goblin ally Exxi the Windshaper, along with orc mage Ceraka and Cairne, Earthmother's Chosen, can be previewed here.

What about the important information?
What are the new loot cards with which to empty my wallet?
Aqulestei Nov 29th 2010 7:42PM
haha, the loot cards haven't been released yet. The set isn't out until Dec 14th, but DMF LA tourney is a preview event so I'm sure you will be able to find more info about the loot next week :P .
Also good new is the common loot is now a non-combat pet!

The 3 loots cards are a alternate color version of the lil XT pet (this is now the lowest level loot card) from now on the lowest level loot will always be a pet.
second level is a Grim Campfire, which will allow cooking.
level 3 is a Motted Drake flying mount.

Already thinking of a few Deck ideas to be built around that Aberration keyword. Liking it.

Is Cryptozoic still only selling these in physical stores? I understand and applaud the desire to support tabletop gaming stores, but I'd be more likely to buy cards if I could do so online.

If Cryptozoic won't sell them directly, there are countless brick-and-mortar cardshops that also have online stores.
Aqulestei Nov 29th 2010 7:55PM
Not sure what you mean but, there are many places to order cards online. Like Coolstuffinc.com, warcraftgamingcenter, strikezoneonline, etc. There are also places that only sell the loot cards if you are interested.
If you mean electronic cards then... nope not there yet :P

Ah, thanks for the links/info.
Not being a TCGer, I never followed it too closely. The only time I really looked into the Warcraft trading cards was several months back when they were being promoted heavily on the launcher. At that time, Cryptozoic's minimalistic website just talked about how they had obtained rights to the TCG and were supporting brick and mortar card shops by selling the cards exclusively through them. Thus, they're not available online from Cryptozoic directly or from the Blizzard Store. The one store I know of in town didn't seem to sell anything online, but I guess I didn't seek out stores in other cities.
My real interest would be the loot cards, but I'm a sucker for the RNG and wouldn't feel right buying the cards straight up. Yeah, I'm a slave to the system and to human psychology.
