It was (probably) done by someone inside the development team, not someone high up :p

Man, people will complain about *anything*. I swear, if I somehow inherited several billion dollars and bought every single member of this site a new house fully furnished and wired for the ultimate WoW experience along with full maid and maintenance and gardening service, I'd get dozens of people bitching at me about the floor plans or the carpeting.
