Seconded. All raiding paladins of any spec should have Grid (or the present raid frames) and Clique set-up to handle all the Hands and cleanse, plus Righteous Defense if you're Prot. Macros (Hand of Freedom on your focus target) are useful, but Grid+Clique will allow you to be dynamic.
