not sure about higher levels, but I've been playing on trial account (starting once my exams are over) and have a few level 20s leveled all through bg from 10-20. And beside from getting one shotted by rogues or the 6 sec stun from pallies, I've survived enough to usually pretty high on the hk/honor ranking (and decent dmg). But I guess I did play 2 pretty op classes, like pala and hunter. But even on my druid and mage, if you use the skills properly you can survive. The things that usually won the game were twinks, not higher levels. The queues were already long enough, and I really hate waiting more than 10 min, I guess I am a bit spoiled.
