So when using your preferred leveling spec, what enchants (windfury frostbrand etc?) are you placing on your weapons?

Definitely WF/Frostbrand if you go the frozen power route. 10% damage is excellent- it was so good that we used FP in PVE for one glorious night during Ulduar until Blizzard hotfixed frostbrand immunity on bosses into the game. xD It's solid damage, but since FB is proc-per-minute you will be losing out on damage from FT procs. The slow and % increase more than make up for it, though.
