In regards to Focused Insight:

I did some testing in Deepholm today, now that I can spec far enough into Enhancement and Restoration to get mental quickness and FI. It seems that Focused Insight is doing it's mana reduction based on the base cost of the shock, not it's talented cost. With 2/3 Focused Insight, my heals are being reduced by just shy of 800mana per cast after a shock.

While shocks' base mana costs are smaller than most heals (17/18% for all three shocks vs. 27% for healing surge/30% for greater healing wave), a 75% reduction from 18% is still quite nice for mana. Also, it's nice benefit for group healing- Chain Heal is 20% of base mana, so Focused Insight almost works out to a 75% cost decrease for it.
