Oh, c'mon. You'd have to do a lot more than that to make it a Jersey Shore calendar. Goblins have intelligence, ingenuity, and cleverness. You'll never find those on Jersey Shore. ^_^

I found this as well while trying to get out of the damn water in Thousand needles / Islands. Anyone know if the little room it's in is attached to a quest? If so I'm guessing its a Horde one as I'm Alliance and think I did all the quests there.

It is an underwater breathing apparatus.
You will also get a "TN only" boat. Which is needs to become a perma flying mount.
