New Level 80 Elite Tauren Chieftains song: Warriors of Azeroth
As a BlizzCon 2010 attendee, I was a little disappointed that the Level 80 Elite Tauren Chieftains weren't there with a new song. That has now been remedied, as Wowhead has exclusive footage of their newest song, Warriors of Azeroth. This was shot at the Cataclysm launch event.
Sung by the metalhead and art lead Samwise Didier, this rocking new tune is an ode to all those who would don their armor for the greater good -- the warrior. Horde or Alliance, it doesn't matter -- those who grab their axes, hammers and swords, and rush headlong into battle, this song is for you. So say thanks to your tanks, give your arms warrior a hug, and grab a drink for your favorite fury. Kick back and enjoy!

My lock is level 83 now, I could totally solo these guys.
Qazaam Dec 8th 2010 11:37AM
You can't solo Blizzard employees, unless you are the 'one that has no life'.

Somewhere... Rossi just climaxed.

I need to send a picture of this comment back in time because I had never even considered the possibility that my climaxes would be a topic of internet speculation.

I didn't really like it.

As much as I adore the Chieftans, this song seemed a tad... on the spoken side, as opposed to say "Rogues Do It From Behind', which makes my toes curl happily.

I've loved their other songs. This one just didn't do it for me. It's a shame, really, because I love warriors.

Maybe Blizz could spend less time writing terrible rock music and more time making sure that the Worgen starting zone quests work, im still stuck in the Battle For Gilnaes quest after 12 hours. What angers me the most is that we cant get an answer from Blizz and they havent posted anything telling anyone that there is a problem.
Zeplar Dec 7th 2010 10:42PM
I know, they can't possibly take any time for personal fun and enjoyment. After all, YOUR WORGEN QUEST IS BUGGED.
RetadinMan Dec 7th 2010 10:41PM
Metal ≠ Rock.
Kagato Dec 7th 2010 10:55PM
I'm glad you see thing's my way.

Yeah, I'm sure the music composers will get right on debugging the game they programmed right after texturing all of the models.

1. How would you like it if someone told you to do your job that you actually do on an 8 hour basis, everyday? They work the same hours like everyone else does, they do the same work (if not more) than you do.
2. Samwise, for one (the singer) is an artist, not a programmer.
MagikTrik Dec 8th 2010 5:45AM
OMG dude nobody told you the trick to get the quest chick to show up?
Lisdonvarna Dec 7th 2010 10:44PM
I'm in!
Omegan01 Dec 7th 2010 10:52PM
Meh. I found it pretty underwhelming.
sardonas Dec 7th 2010 10:55PM
It's pretty epic to see the Blizzard guys rock the house.
