Blizzard seemed to think the user experience in the early levels is why the have so many new (trial?) accounts not make it past level 10. I think its because they get a glimpse of General and Trade channels and just quit.

If you ask a question in either channel, you get about 5-10 people just being dbags, and very unlikely to remotely get a legitimate response. I think the WoW community invented the internet troll sometimes.
