Around Azeroth: In the jailhouse now

I experienced this moment just last night myself.
Let me say in 100% spoiler-free fashion that the entire Gilneas starting experience is one of the most epic times I have ever had in this game. Even if you don't plan on leveling a worgen, do yourself a favor, and find a 2-3 hour chunk in your weekend and do this area. It is completely story-driven and has a clear endpoint after which you can delete the toon. Whether or not you keep the toon, you absolutely will not regret doing the zone.
And apparently I now have a level 13 warrior who's headed to Darkshore tonight to return some favors. I've never leveled a toon to 13 in one sitting before.

I too started my first Worgen last night and the start zone was and is excellent! I did not have enough time to finish it out but the progression thus far is great.
I am also looking forward to Darkshore. I've held off from exploring the New World too much, I didn't want to spoil all the new zones with out running the quests thru them.
This is my first Warrior (also like you) and so far it looks like a fun Class to play. I will be a Tank with him cause the Dungeons will come a lot easier. But really, I'd rather be playing a support class and a DPS....but that's just me. :)
Don't get me wrong, I have DPS toons also, but I keep going back to my Healers and Tanks.

Seconded on all counts. The zone and quests are so engrossing, I didn't even realize how long I'd spent playing until I realized I was really, really hungry... followed by the realization that I'd been playing for three hours.
No matter how many alts you have, no matter if you're a die-hard Horde fan, if you don't do the Worgen opening story, you're really missing out. It's the kind of single-player experience you really wouldn't expect from an MMO.

Not my first warrior, got a hordie who's made it all the way to level 42 in three years (now that's dedication, eh?). But while that one's in jeopardy, this one definitely feels like a keeper.
My only knock on it was that I'd be perfectly happy never hearing "Get gabbin' or get goin'" again for my entire life. I'm guessing the writers just ran out of ideas for what to have them say; it was annoying by the second time. Other than that one little thing, the whole time I spent there was amazing. I've never seen a zone change so much, so fast. I really hope they establish a few new places of their own, with their architecture, etc. - presumably in the next expansion.

I actually didn't mind the "get gabbin'," with one caveat: only Gwen should have used that voice. I really got attached to her, which is just another testament to how engrossing Gilneas is.

I told myself I would just play a worgen until dinner and then go level my main. Next thing I knew it was time for bed. Been a long time since I've been that drawn in to really great story telling. Outstanding work by the entire Blizz team.

I have 3 80+ hordies and my highest Allie is a 75 dk, but I love my werewolf like rogue.

I had a friend named Ramblin' Bob
He used to steal, gamblin and rob
He thought he was the smartest guy in town
But I found out last Monday
That Bob got locked up Sunday
They've got him in the jailhouse way down town
He's in the jailhouse now
He's in the jaaaiiilhouse now
I told him once or twice
to stop a' playin cards and a' shootin dice
He's in the jailhouse now

The Worgan starting area is fantastic. The opening quests and the whole "Dickensian" ambiance and 1880s London look. Brilliant. "You've been bitten by a Worgen...I'm sure it's nothing to worry about" or however it's phrased, cracked me up, too.

I guess a newspaper to the nose just didn't cut it.

That's the second one I've seen in a stockade

Awesome shot. I couldn't move/pan my camera during this scene. Agreeing with the above the whole starting area is just amazingly done. I went it without seeing any spoilers before hand so it was even better. The phasing was some of the best we've seen IMHO.
