My guild is very much trying to get the guild perks. A question though. One of my toons got a message in the dialog box that said: "You have hit the maximum guild level experience this week. You can no longer earn guild xp this week". Or something like that. Does anyone know what this is about? If there is a toon cap, when does it reset?

Guild reputation has a weekly cap per player. XP Cap is guildwide daily.

I kow there is a daily guild cap for guild experience. But, is there a weekly cap for a toon? Once the cap is hit, that toon can no longer earn guild experience. I currently have a toon that is recieving a message in the dialog box that tells me I have hit the cap for earning guild xp this week.

Mine isn't saying anything about being capped at guild exp, but it keeps spamming me about being guild rep capped for the week.

The weekly cap is for your toon's reputation *with the guild*. You have to have certain reputation levels with the guild to use various guild perqs.

here is the awful thing about guild rep:It maxes at about 4k per week. This means that it will take 11 weeks to hit exalted, and that is if and only if you cap your rep per week. I'm not sure if there is a longer grind in the game outside of legendary weapons, but this has to be one of the longest. It's way, way, way too low in my opinion.Frankly I think the daily guild xp cap is too low also, but the guild rep gains are way way too low.
