I doubt that. Sure, you're probably capped on the amount you can get per week right now. I am too. But look at the stuff you get guild experience for: guild achievements, boss kills, rated battleground or arena wins, quests, individual players' faction reputation advancement and individual players' profession progression. Even considering that I haven't been PvPing or doing many instances, I'm doing a ton more of that right now while leveling than I do most days when I'm at the level cap. The quests, faction reputations and profession progression in particular. But I probably won't be contributing nearly so much when my professions are leveled and I'm finished with leveling quests. (Not sure if low-level quests or daily quests reward guild reputation or not. I doubt it, but who knows, and if I'm wrong then I'll be contributing guild rep for quite a while yet.) Instance runs with non-guildies don't reward guild reputation or experience, farming HKs without actually winning BGs don't, flying around farming herbs or making potions don't, alts in other guilds don't... So close-knit guilds with active players will hit the experience cap every week while less active guilds might very well not. It just looks like automatic advancement right now because everyone counts as "active".
