Alliance.... lore-shallow races?
.... Night elves anyone? They basically shaped the entire face of Azeroth as it is now. Well of Eternity, the Stormrage siblings, Tyrande, Azshara, War of the Ancients, the Sundering...
Dwarves? They were here from the beginning, Titan creations meant to guard Azeroth that malfunctioned and succumbed to the Curse of Flesh.
Gnomes, similar story to above. Also Titanic creations, creations made by the CREATORS of Azeroth, Curse of Flesh, ya ya.
Draenei? Formerly the same races as the Eredar, the majority of their people corrupted by Sargeras -- former champion of the titans, now psychopathic ruler of the Burning Legion -- including two of their leaders Archimonde and Kil'jaedan. Only Velen and his followers escaped, to be chased across the stars by the Burning Legion, facing attempted genocide wherever they landed, never finding a solid home until they finally came to Azeroth and, eventually, reclaimed Outland.
Even humans have some pretty interesting lore. They're the deformed children of vrykul, sent to live in a new land by caring parents who didn't want them to be slaughtered.
Yeah. Reallllllyyyyy Lore-shallow. :|;
