Apparently, you have to have completed this quest chain (http://www.wowhead.com/quest=26315) at which point three quests from Therazane will open up. It's apparently about 65 quests into Deepholm.

If you're stuck, you probably need to go to Silvermarsh and pick up http://www.wowhead.com/item=60816#dropped-by (Maziel's Research) which should open up the chain you need.
