I blame those kids who hacked gawker to make 'a point' or to 'protest'.They very much don't understand the consequences of their actions are mostly beyond their control. And they will be held accountable for whatever the consequences may be. Their agreeing with it or not is irrelevant.So often kids mistake anarchism for freedom.

if kids hacked it, you don't think that pros couldn't have already hacked it and just not advertised the results? the stream of phishing emails going out start somewhere. Now that the email info is more public for some users those users will get more emails, but the advice this article gives is still really solid.
