Tip: get the JC-made fist weapons, Carnelian Spikes, and then The Perforator. They are a great upgrade, you'll not find weapons equal to them at that level.

The Perforator is especially awesome. It's a fist weapon that can be used in either hand (rare!), and it has the same base dps as five-man normal loot. And, with a low price tag (I got mine for 200g), they're absolutely excellent weapons for starting heroics. The crit/mastery stats and the red gem slot are icing on the cake.

The price will probably start to rise when all the JCers are done leveling up, so buy yours quick!

The Carnelian Spikes are also nice because they seem to be a bit over-budgeted. I was eying some BoEs last night, and was quite surprised to find that the Carnelian Spikes were actually a bit better than the blues of that level range.
