I would have personally liked to see it as either mastery/hit, mastery/expertise, or mastery crit, but mastery/haste at least makes it slightly more useful. I'd still encourage the Mouth of the Earth off Stonerager Ptah in Halls of Origination over it, but it's not as terrible as it was now. :P
