Most of the undead you speak of broke away from the Forsaken for the Crusade. It is basically present in their reverence for the Light instead of the Forsaken Shadow; but it can be argued for hours on this.

One thing is for sure, when Sylvanas' plans become public, the Alliance and even Argent Crusade will probably have something to say about it...
