I recall one quest in which you all out kill alliance-associated humans and raise them. They are immediately loyal to the Forsaken. Why the hell are they? We are told that the Forsaken have free will and it seems many do, Voss as an example. But in this case, they were just killed by the Forsaken and are almost immediately all-out for the cause of the Forsaken. The whole idea that killing people and then ressurecting them for you only works when they dont have free will, which the Forsaken are supposed to have. It is mentioned that the ressurection process effects people differently. In the intro questline, that is exemplified by a loyalty to some nobody who was also just ressurected. Perhaps the weak-willed humans of the world will join up with the Forsaken, but I still find the scenario odd.
