Not every concern needs to be addressed with the persistence of a curious toddler. Often, a well-researched and eloquent phrasing of your concern will get you further, as well as annoying those around you far less. Additionally, it's worth pointing out that the internet is home to a remarkable number of resources, all easily available at the touch of a search button. Off the top of my head I can recommend Tree Bark Jacket and Restokin, and I'm sure a quick Google would find you other options. Rather than pestering the establishment over an issue that is likely out of their control (a qualified resto druid columnist might not be knocking down the doors of WI's virtual office), why not use that time to seek out the information yourself?
