Higher ilvl gear is ALWAYS better than lower ilvl gear. At least for current lvl 85s, who knows what will happen in next patch.

As for crit/haste/mastery, if I have a choice I avoid mastery, but if its higher ilvl than my current item, I really dont care since ilvl is most important (or intelect which is directly proportional to ilvl).
